Graphite chute
Graphite Chute is our major products, mainly used in centrifugal casting of ductile iron pipe industry and other high-temperature casting industry. So far, it is the best use of materials for casting ductile iron pipe.
The features are as follows :
1. Resist high temperature
We choose the graphite electrode material for producing Graphite Chute, which is resistant to the high temperature of 2700, much greater than the temperature (800-1500) of centrifugal casting metal solution. At the same time, for the good lubricating property of graphite crystal, its advantage of easily clean and avoid cohering under hot & cold state, greatly improve work efficiency.
2, Resist erosion and scour
For high density (≥ 1.56g/m3), low porosity, large compressive strength ( 1765Mpa), the thermal expansion coefficient (2.2 * 10-6 /) of graphite material, and the installation of graphite and avoid soakage between metal solution and graphite chute, it make the erosion resistance properties are particularly good, can not afford to slag, thereby ensuring the purity of metal solution.
